Life With Zee
Welcome to Life With Zee — the podcast that feels like eavesdropping on your favourite group chat.
Season 3 is ditching the deep and diving into the delulu. We’re talking hot takes, wild stories, pop culture therapy, and the kind of conversations you only have with your inner circle. Each week, Zee links up with bold, brilliant, sometimes unhinged guests to unpack life’s big questions — like “Is this a red flag or a personality trait?” and “Why are we like this?”
It's unfiltered, slightly chaotic, and always entertaining.
New episodes every week. Come for the banter, stay for the oversharing.

EP 37 Gin McLellan: THE ONE EVERY WOMAN SHOULD LISTEN
This week we sit down with mom, BJJ white belt, wife and director of Women's Warehouse, Gin McLellan to talk about women's health, specifically around the topic of hormones.
After realising that she had a massive hormone defficiency in her early 40's, she KNEW that something needed to change. When she started doing research on menopause and hormone-related issues, she realised that there aren't enough educational resources, supplements or real remedies to assist women with the significant battle brough about by a lack of hormones.
In this episode we talk about:
- How she realised that something was wrong and which steps she took to find solutions.
- How this brought about the Women's Warehouse brand and their mission to educate and empower women.
- What advice she would give to other women who feel that they're living at 40%.
- What to look out for and how to make the change.
To highlight the fundamental lack of knowledge regarding women's health, we also dug up some resources that gives you an overview of the situation.
I highly recommend that every woman listens to this to know that you are not alone in the struggles you might be facing and that there are resources and people available to support you through this!
